My husband and I have been real estate investors in the Bristol TN/VA market for more than 13 years. What started as a small “side hustle” renting to local college kids grew into 30+ doors by 2019, then another 15 after partnering up in 2020. By spring of 2023, with 50+ doors under our belt, I realized this business was no longer a side project—it was my calling. I stepped away from my role as HR Director at Chick-fil-A and went all in on real estate.
That journey shaped how I work today. I bring hands-on experience in investing, property management, renovations, and creative marketing, along with a strong belief that real estate is ultimately about people. I have an eye for refreshing homes to make them more marketable—and for helping buyers see the potential in older homes without blowing the budget.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or just starting to explore your options, I focus on making the process personal. I take the time to listen, explain, and guide—building relationships one home at a time. My clients call me Jenny from the Block because I know this market inside and out, and I care deeply about helping people make smart moves right here in their own backyard.

Having been a landlord for 13+ years, I have seen it all! We have taken some really awful foreclosures and rehabbed them back to livable conditions again. We’ve had tenants trash a place and leave their hoarder stash, and we cleaned it up and were able to fill it with new tenants. In short, I “have a guy” for nearly every situation. Additionally, I can tell you if something is going to be an easy fix versus a “money pit” problem.
